This portfolio will guide you through what I achieved during my 3 years of studying.
Using my background in Electronics I am able to do DIY projects involving my homemade racing simulator and drone. Oh, and before I forget to tell you, I also enjoy cooking delicious things!
I got a life-changing experience by spending the first semester of the 3rd year as an exchange student in Jyväskylä, Finland!

Summary of my internship at iO Herentals
Usually during an IT-internship you work on 1 project (internal, proof of concept, ...) where you plan and work on during your
13 weeks at the company.
In my case it is a little different. I applied for a role as front-end web-developer at iO. I landed in a team where the rotation between projects is quick because they make small to medium-sized websites.
In the beginning I got a lot of small tickets to get familiar with the tools and the way of working. After that short introduction period I got 2 projects where I could work on during my internship.
Most of my time I spend making the front-end for the new Möbius website. This is build in Hubspot (a CMS
like WordPress), the styling is made with a combination of Bootstrap and SCSS.
The second one is an AR project for EnergyVille. Scanning a marker displaying a 3D-model (made by another department at iO) on top where you can toggle on/off certain objects inside the model. Zooming is also a possibility.
